Compared with a similar new belt-drive deck at this price, US$350 is ambitious for an SL-23 unless it’s been fully serviced and comes with a strong cartridge or other extras. Typical used examples cluster much lower, roughly US$90-US$250 depending on condition, with nicer serviced units sometimes landing around US$230-US$280; at US$350, this is above the usual market for a plain example.
That said, the SL-23 is a charming vintage Technics: simple, quiet, easy to live with, and generally rewarding when restored properly. It’s worth buying if the table is clean, the speed is stable, the auto functions work, and the dust cover and arm are intact. At this price, I’d want proof of service, a fresh belt, and a cartridge in genuinely good shape before calling it a buy.
