It's in great condition. The battery cover on the remote is a little rough (see photo) but it doesn't affect it at all. The A$700 ask is solidly in the fair-to-good zone for a well-kept example, sitting below the A$774 median but above the A$522 25th percentile, so it is not a bargain-basement buy but still priced attractively for the market. Given the condition, I’d call it a sensible ask rather than ambitious.
What makes it worth a look is the Brio’s long-standing reputation for musical, easy-to-live-with sound and genuinely good all-round performance in a compact integrated. In excellent condition, the upside is a clean, low-stress buy if it has been cared for properly; I’d mainly want confirmation on basic operation, selector/pot noise, and that any remote or packaging included is complete.
