Comparable asking prices for the STA-6600L variant have shown up around kr 8,500–14,500, so kr 10,000 lands in the fair-to-solid zone rather than bargain territory.
What makes it interesting is the combination of Ortofon’s transformer-style phono expertise and the fact that these older SUTs can be a very elegant, low-noise way to wake up an MC cartridge. If the listing is clean, original, and unmolested, that matters more here than on a more common phono stage.
