At US$250, this is above the recent used median of US$114 and even over the 75th percentile of US$215, so it reads ambitious rather than fair on current used-market comps. The gap is wide enough that I’d only bite if the unit is exceptionally clean, boxed, or includes extras that genuinely matter to you.
That said, the V-90-DAC is a respected little DAC: simple, compact, and generally liked for an easy, musical sound and solid plug-and-play usability. It was a roughly US$300-class DAC when new, so if this one is pristine and complete, it still has appeal — but at US$250 I’d want strong condition and accessories, or I’d keep hunting closer to the typical US$97-US$215 band.
