That said, this is the kind of vintage Pioneer that can still make sense if you want a straightforward, full-featured AV receiver with the brand’s usual solid build and easy day-to-day usability. At this price, I’d be looking for proof of clean operation, intact controls, and any remote or original paperwork; without that, the premium is hard to defend.
