Even compared with the upper half of recent listings, this is clearly on the low side rather than merely “good value.”
That makes it a genuinely attractive buy if the pair is clean and fully working. The OBERON 7 is a well-liked floorstander for its open mids, smooth treble, and lively but not harsh presentation, with enough scale and bass weight to suit medium-to-larger rooms. At this price, I’d be looking for solid cabinet condition, matching drivers, and original grilles/spikes if available, but the asking level leaves comfortable room for minor cosmetic wear.
