Against your in-database comparable used listings, A$1,299 sits below the A$1,372 25th percentile and well under the A$1,557 median, so it’s priced attractively for a quick sale. If this is the current version and genuinely clean, I’d call it fair-to-bargain territory in the usual used range around A$1,300-A$1,700.
Before buying, verify the exact revision, firmware status, and inputs/supplied remote, as Denafrips gear is version-sensitive and missing accessories can be annoying to replace. Also check that all digital inputs lock properly and that the unit powers up cleanly with no channel imbalance, noise, or intermittent dropout; older DACs can be perfectly fine, but only if they’ve been treated gently.
