Es ist eine quasi - Sollbruchstelle - im Getriebe.
Ein typisches Problem der PIONEER PL mit diesem Automaten ist, der Ausfall des Getriebes des PTM-12KG. Damit legt der Arm nicht mehr automatisch auf....
Ich habe das Haupt-Rad des Getriebes nun sehr aufwändig nachgefertigt ! CAD usw... das war wirklich sehr aufwändig und ist unter Verwendung des richtigen Materials sehr präzise geschehen ! ( bei einer Toleranz von nur 0,5 zehntel mm wäre das Getriebe schon nicht mehr funktionsfähig... ) DAHER KANN DAS KEIN 3-D Drucker ! Das können Sie anderswo nachlesen....
Wollen Sie nur das Zahnrad, einen Selbsteinbau sollte jeder Mechaniker einfach hinbekommen, dann 70,- für das Rad alleine. Es ist wirklich einfach und man braucht neben üblichen Werkzeugen nur eine senkrechte Vorrichtung zum eindrücken des neuen Rades auf die Welle. Ich nehme dazu einfach einen Heimwerker Bormaschinen Ständer der sich senkrecht drücken lässt.....( natürlich OHNE drehen der Maschine ! )
KAUFEN SIE ES NICHT, WENN SIE KEINE ERFAHRUNGEN MIT FEINMECHANISCHEN AREITEN HABEN.
Ich finde es nicht fair, sich dann auch noch zu beschweren, wenn es einem Amateur nicht gelingt !!!!!
