Seller's Description

Our Thoughts RADAR AI

At €570 for a pair in EUR-good condition, this Nubert nuPro A-300 listing is a strong deal, sitting well below the typical used market for this model. The original new price was €1,050 per pair (€525 per speaker), and used active bookshippers of this caliber rarely dip below €700–€800 for a pair in good shape, making €570 a clear bargain if the condition note is accurate.

The nuPro A-300 is well-regarded for its compact size with deep bass, thanks to 100W DSP-driven amplification and a 30–22,000 Hz response. It offers four digital inputs (USB, coaxial, TosLink, S/PDIF) plus analog Cinch, making it flexible for HiFi, studio, or multimedia use. At this price, especially in original-owner condition, it’s a buying opportunity for enthusiasts wanting active convenience without the subwoofer hassle—no caveats needed unless the listing hides cosmetic or functional issues.

Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.

About Nubert

Nubert electronic GmbH traces its roots to a garage in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany, where Günther Nubert began crafting loudspeakers to his exacting standards in the early 1970s. On January 10, 1975, he formally founded the company, marking the birth of a brand synonymous with honest, uncolored audio reproduction. What started as a passion project quickly evolved into a nationwide phenomenon, fueled by word-of-mouth praise and the debut of iconic models like the 388, 471, 551, and the distinctive omnidirectional nuPyramide. Still under Günther Nubert's leadership as owner and chief developer, the company has maintained family-run independence for over 50 years.

Nubert's product lineup centers on loudspeakers, from passive floorstanders and bookshelves in series like Numero to active systems and powerful soundbars that punch above their weight in home theater performance. Since introducing its first in-house amplifier in 2005, the brand has expanded into integrated electronics, emphasizing neutral signal fidelity across music and film playback. While not venturing into turntables, DACs, headphones, or cables, Nubert prioritizes direct-sales models that deliver high-value engineering without retail markups.

Renowned as a pioneer of Germany's direct-to-consumer hi-fi model since 1995—which drove 40% annual growth amid a shrinking market—Nubert occupies a solid mid-to-high-tier position. Selling around 15,000 pairs yearly at its peak, it appeals to discerning buyers seeking robust, made-in-Germany performance over flashy aesthetics, earning a loyal following for transparent sound that lets source material shine unaltered.
