For the CG 343 specifically, the going used market looks more like roughly €75–€135, with cleaner examples sometimes pushing a bit higher, so €200 is ambitious unless it’s unusually complete, freshly serviced, and cosmetically excellent.
What makes it appealing is the solid, well-built German-era engineering and the fact that the CG 343 sits in that sweet spot of serious late-70s cassette decks: proper transport, decent specs, and enough charm to be worth owning if you actually play tapes. The upside is best when the deck is working quietly, has stable speeds, and includes the original accessories; otherwise, age-related belt, idler, and switch issues can quickly eat the value, so at this price I’d want proof of recent service and excellent function.
