This Rare Model Marantz 6200 turntable is the only one on Reverb that is ALL original. There is only one other 6200 on Reverb and it appears to have an aftermarket dustcover on it! Mine does not! Mine is all original and it can be yours! This turntable is Excellent throughout! The dustcover does show wear and have marks and imperfections and that is just from long years of storage, otherwise, very clean throughout!This model of Marantz turntable is getting harder and harder to find now!Best Price on Reverb considering this one has the original Marantz dustcover on it with the Marantz logo on it and a nearly $500 cartridge!Perfect to complete your Marantz Home Audio system!One, Rare model, Marantz 6200 turntable. This Marantz has been completely gone through. The Control board was Recapped where need which was very little! It has been Cleaned and Detailed. This turntable has seen very little use! This turntable comes mounted with a (NOS) New Old Stock and contemporary with the year of manufacture of the table, Pickering XV-15/625E, with an OEM Pickering D400 stylus. A High-end, quality cartridge, all original components and valued at around $500! I listened to Pink Floyd, The Wall last night with amazing results! This is one of the Cleanest and Best Sounding vintage turntables that I have listed on Reverb! Boxes, especially ones that are the correct dimensions for the item at hand are not always easy to come by. I use high quality electronics boxes especially made for shipping vintage items of this type and if one box in the proper size is unavailable, I use TWO corrugated cardboard boxes, putting one box with the unit in it INSIDE another larger box with even more packing material to fully protect the unit and that, especially, can be costly.So, the Price is Firm!
