Excellent condition at €848 makes this a bit above the current market center, but still not out of line for a clean pair in a desirable finish. Against your recent comps, it sits above the €686 median and clearly over the €812 75th percentile, so I’d call it ambitious rather than a bargain.
That said, this is a well-regarded compact standmount with the kind of Dynaudio balance people buy for: smooth treble, solid midrange presence, and surprisingly authoritative bass for the size. In excellent condition, the upside is mostly about buying a preserved example of a speaker that still has real hi-fi credibility; if the tweeters, drivers, and crossover are original and the grills/stands are included, it can be a sensible buy for someone who wants to skip the hunt for a cheaper but rougher pair.
