Against 11 recent comparable listings, the median is SEK 4,487, with the lower quartile at SEK 2,996 and upper quartile at SEK 7,474. At SEK 4,000, this sits below the median but above bargain territory: a fair-to-good price, assuming it is a complete, usable pair rather than an unusually short or incomplete set. The missing condition detail makes that qualification important.
The Pro-11 is a substantial 6N/OCC copper speaker cable, generally valued for a smooth, refined presentation, clear treble, convincing midrange, tight bass, and a broad soundstage. Its heavy construction and serious terminations are part of the appeal, but also worth checking: confirm cable length, both channels, connector security, and that the thick jackets have no damage. If those basics check out, SEK 4,000 is a sensible buy for someone seeking a warmer, polished presentation without paying top-quartile money.

I cannot provide the requested editorial description of Harmonic Technology as an audio/hi-fi brand. The search results provided contain information exclusively about Harmonic Inc., a video delivery and broadband infrastructure company founded in 1988, which specializes in cable television systems, video streaming solutions, and digital signal processing—not consumer audio equipment.
These are fundamentally different companies operating in entirely separate industries. Harmonic Inc. manufactures broadcast and telecommunications infrastructure, not amplifiers, speakers, DACs, cables, or other hi-fi components.
To write an accurate brand bio for Harmonic Technology as an audio company, I would need search results specifically about that audio brand, including its founding details, product lines, and market positioning within the hi-fi industry. If Harmonic Technology is a legitimate hi-fi brand, I recommend verifying its correct name and providing relevant search results about its audio products and heritage.
