That said, this is a seriously capable AVR and still one of Denon’s most respected all-rounders: strong channel count, mature room correction, and enough processing muscle for a high-end cinema or Atmos setup. If the unit is genuinely clean, well cared for, and ideally includes the original remote, mic, and box, the premium is easier to justify; if those extras are missing, I’d want to negotiate.
