Besonderheiten: Diese Lautsprecher kann man sowohl in 4-Ohm, als auch in 8-Ohm betreiben, ferner sind sie durch die Thermofloat-Technik digitalfest. Das bedeutet, sie wurden speziell für die Wiedergabe von CD´s ausgelegt. Außerdem haben sie auch Pegel-Regler für alle 3 Frequenzbereiche.
Der optische Zustand ist immer noch gut.

€255 for a for-parts pair is on the high side unless the cabinets are exceptionally clean and the drivers are mostly there; in working condition, this model’s vintage-market appeal usually sits closer to a normal used-buy than a premium collectible. The CL 730 was Dual’s top 700-series speaker from 1979, with a 3-way closed design and original new price around 650–748 DM, so it has real pedigree — but that history only helps if the parts are usable.
What makes it worth a look is the solid German build, big 24.5 cm woofer, and the fact that well-kept examples can sound full and lively with the right amp. For a for-parts listing, though, the value hinges on whether the cabinets are intact, the drivers are original, and the crossovers/foams are salvageable; at this price, you want at least a credible path to restoration, not a donor shell.

The original German turntable line continues production in St. Georgen under Alfred Fehrenbacher GmbH, maintaining traditional manufacturing standards and appealing to vintage enthusiasts and collectors.
