€200 is a bit ambitious for an RS-M250 unless it’s been freshly serviced with proof; most recent used examples I found cluster more around roughly €85–€160, with a few nicer or tested units stretching higher.
That said, it’s a well-regarded early-’80s Technics deck with solid build quality, decent specs for its class, and the kind of straightforward, good-looking vintage design that still appeals to cassette buyers. At excellent cosmetic condition, the appeal is real if it’s fully working, but the value jumps only if it has recent belt service, stable transport, and ideally original accessories or documented maintenance; otherwise, I’d treat €200 as top-end money rather than an easy grab.
