There's a stain on the plinth but i'm going to get that all but eliminated by the time it's shipped to the new owner! Ships in 72 hours Monday through Thursday when your payment clears! Fair ask, slightly above the middle of the market. With recent comps centered at US$218, a US$299 ask sits above the US$279 75th percentile, so it’s ambitious rather than a bargain. It’s not wildly out of line, but I’d want something extra—fresh service, clean cosmetics, or a strong accessory package—to justify paying up.
That said, this is a well-regarded belt-drive Pioneer from a good era, and the appeal is the usual one: straightforward reliability, sensible mass-market engineering, and a sound that can be very satisfying with the right cartridge and setup. If it’s complete and running properly, it can be a solid buy; if anything is missing or the auto functions need attention, the premium gets harder to defend at this price.
