It is not a bargain by any normal reading of your comps; it’s roughly 2.7x the median and nearly double the upper quartile.
That said, the 303 is a properly respected classic power amp: simple, robust, and still admired for its punchy, unfussy sound and upgrade-friendly serviceability. A genuinely clean, excellent-condition example can justify a bit of a premium if it’s been recently checked, but at this level I’d want proof of exceptional originality, documented servicing, and any useful extras. Without that, the value case is hard to make.
