The timing doesn’t matter much here because this is a mature, still-current headphone model rather than something with a fast-refresh cycle. At €80, it is an outright bargain versus your used-market anchor: well below the €248 25th percentile, and far under the €318 median for recent EUR listings.
That makes it a very easy buy if the condition is genuinely clean and the battery, headband mesh, and digital crown/ANC controls all behave properly. These still sound and feel premium: strong spatial audio support, excellent active noise cancelling, and a very polished build. At this price, the main upside is simply getting a flagship-tier pair for a fraction of normal used money, so I’d move quickly if it includes the case and charges normally.
