Against the database, this is priced like a premium outlier, not a normal used buy.
That said, Pioneer’s Dolby 5.1-era gear can be a solid value when it’s complete and healthy: they’re often straightforward, musical, and useful as affordable home-theater or vintage surround pieces. The upside here is only real if the listing is genuinely clean—working all channels, remote included, no missing setup pieces, and no signs of tired controls or neglected storage. At US$800, I’d want proof before considering it.
