At €499, this sits above the typical used value for an SX100/SX100+ unless it’s the rarer pair-with-case type of package or very unusually pristine; comparable used single-speaker listings are often closer to the low-to-mid €200s to €300s, while new/retail SX100+E pricing is much higher, around the €700s to €900s equivalent. So as a single speaker, €499 is ambitious rather than a bargain.
That said, the SX100 line is well liked because it’s a sturdy, efficient 12-inch two-way PA box with punchy midbass, high output, and dependable old-school EV voicing that works well for live sound or high-energy home use. Excellent condition matters here, but at this price I’d still want to confirm the exact variant, all drivers are original, and there’s no horn, cone, or crossover fatigue; if it’s truly clean and fully original, it’s usable gear, just not especially cheap.
