The best benchmark here is the OA-4 Type 2 used range: about kr 100–1,500 SEK for ordinary second-hand examples, around kr 2,800 SEK for fully restored pairs, and up to kr 4,800 SEK only for heavily upgraded ones, so a kr 3,300 SEK ask sits above typical unrestored market value and below the top-end restored/modified tier.
What keeps them attractive is the classic Sonab/Carlsson omnidirectional sound: big, room-filling presentation with a very engaging vintage character when the drivers and crossover are healthy. If these are original, complete, and cosmetically tidy, they can still be a rewarding buy; at this price, I’d want confirmation that both cabinets are intact, all drivers are original, and the crossover work has been sorted, since age-related wear is the main thing that can turn a decent vintage pair into a project.
