Against the current comparable set, you’re paying a premium of €20 over the top quartile and €40 above the median, so I’d want the condition and maintenance history to be genuinely clean before calling it a buy.
That said, this is a solid, well-regarded late-era CD player from Yamaha’s straightforward, reliable school of design: easy to live with, typically good sounding, and a sensible choice if you want a no-drama transport for a classic CD stack. If the tray, disc read, and skip performance are confirmed, and it includes the original remote or a tidy cosmetic presentation, the premium can make sense; if not, I’d keep looking unless the seller is open to movement.
