About Elite Screens Australia

Elite Screens Australia is the Australian arm of Elite Screens Inc., a US projection-screen manufacturer founded in 2004 by professionals from the video-projector industry. The parent company is based in California, and the Australian office operates as part of its international distribution network rather than as a separate local legacy brand.

Its core business is projection screens for home cinema, commercial AV, and custom-installation projects. The brand is known for fixed-frame, motorised, portable, and specialty screens, along with related AV distribution through its Elite ProAV and EPV Screen lines. It is not known for traditional hi-fi electronics such as amplifiers, speakers, turntables, DACs, or headphones.

In market terms, Elite Screens sits in the mainstream-to-mid-tier AV segment, with a strong focus on value, installer-friendly features, and wide availability rather than luxury positioning. It has a solid reputation among projector buyers and integrators looking for dependable screens at competitive prices, but it is not generally regarded as a high-end audiophile brand or a vintage-collector label.
