Fair ask. At US$350, this lands around the upper end of the recent used range for a Signature 2.0, with seen examples roughly from US$125 to US$245 for working units and around US$200 to US$320 with remote/accessories; a clean, complete one can justify a bit more, but US$350 is not a steal.
The upside here is real: it’s a respected Madrigal-built processor with good analog execution, solid build quality, and enough vintage-HT cachet to make sense for a dedicated two-channel or legacy surround setup. If it’s complete, functions cleanly, and includes the remote/manual, it’s a nice buy; if those are missing or it has any channel-drop, display, or input-switching quirks, the price should come down.
