Haven't used for 6 mnonths as I moved to a system that has an inbuilt dac which can't be bypassed. So this unit is probably not broken in fully yet. As new condition. New, this DAC sat around the A$1,100–A$1,200 mark, so A$850 is not a steal but it’s a solid used price if it’s the current ENYO and not the older non-15th version. Typical used money for the original ENYO is usually more like A$700–A$900 depending on age, remote, and cosmetic condition, so this lands in fair-to-slightly-ambitious territory rather than bargain-bin.
Before buying, confirm exactly which revision it is and that the seller has the PSU, remote, and original packaging, since these units are awkward and expensive to ship safely. Also check that all inputs lock properly, both RCA/XLR outputs work cleanly, and there’s no channel imbalance, hum, or intermittent dropouts after warm-up.
