Seller's Description

Ich verkaufe hier meinen Apple iPod mit 30GB Speicherplatz. Da ich kein passendes Ladekabel mehr besitze, kann ich das Gerät aktuell nicht einschalten.

- Kapazität: 30GB
- Modell: iPod 5. Generation
- Rückseite in klassischer Metalloptik

Our Thoughts RADAR AI

Is €100 a fair ask for a working fifth-gen 30GB iPod Classic, or are you paying a bit of nostalgia tax? Against 71 recent comparables, it sits above the €69 median and just over the €93 75th percentile, so this is a touch ambitious rather than a bargain; I’d want it to justify itself on condition and completeness.

That said, this is still a genuinely desirable model: the fifth-gen iPod Classic is loved for its solid click-wheel control, straightforward library management, and that classic Apple build that still feels right in hand. If the battery is healthy, the hard drive behaves properly, and it comes with a charger or cable, the extra €31 over median can be reasonable for a clean, working example.

Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.

About Apple

Apple Inc. traces its origins to April 1, 1976, when Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, along with Ronald Wayne, founded the company in the Jobs family garage in Cupertino, California. What began as a modest venture to build personal computers evolved into a tech powerhouse, with early forays into audio via the 2001 launch of iTunes and the iconic iPod portable music player.

In the hi-fi realm, Apple focuses on integrated consumer audio solutions rather than traditional separates like amplifiers, turntables, or DACs. The company is renowned for wireless speakers such as the short-lived iPod Hi-Fi (2006-2007) and the more advanced HomePod series, alongside premium headphones including AirPods and AirPods Max. These products emphasize seamless ecosystem integration, portability, and digital streaming over analog purism.

Apple holds a dominant position in the premium consumer audio market, blending high-end aspirations with mass-market accessibility. While not a staple among traditional hi-fi purists—who often critique its closed ecosystem and past efforts like the iPod Hi-Fi as underwhelming—its products command loyalty for sonic refinement, computational audio processing, and design excellence, positioning it as a mid-to-high-tier contender for savvy buyers prioritizing convenience over boutique esoterica.
