The soundcore name itself emerged later as Anker’s dedicated audio line; some sources trace its use back to the mid-2010s, while the brand’s current formal rollout is commonly dated to 2018. No single founder is typically associated with soundcore as a standalone hi-fi label, because it sits within the broader Anker corporate structure.
The brand is best known for mainstream audio products rather than traditional hi-fi separates. Its core lineup includes true wireless earbuds, noise-cancelling over-ear headphones, open-ear and sleep earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and, more recently, smartglasses.
