This item is completely free of fire damage. Upon reentry of the building there was no smoke or smell, however there was evidence that the space may have been temporarily smokey, with small amounts of soot by the exterior door frames and a thin layer of dust throughout. In consideration of that, we are selling at a discount. Outside of this, it was kept in a climate controlled, smoke free, professional studio environment. Since the fire, the item has been stored in a climate controlled storage facility. The item is in fully working condition. Please reach out with any questions.
