That makes the asking price clearly ambitious, not fair-value territory, unless this one has unusually strong extras or provenance.
The upside is that Fezz’s Titania line is generally well regarded for a big, lively, dimensional presentation with real tube character, and the MK2 version should appeal to buyers who want that polish without jumping into boutique pricing. Excellent condition is a plus, but at this level I’d want to see original packaging, remote, spare tubes, and a clean service history before treating it as a serious buy.
