With a median of US$115 and a 25th percentile of US$61, the premium is substantial unless the included service, warranty, and cosmetics are truly exceptional.
That said, a serviced direct-drive Sony can still be worth chasing if the work is documented and the deck is mechanically quiet, speed-stable, and comes complete with the right parts. The upside here is reduced risk versus an unserviced example, but at this price the buyer should be getting confidence and completeness, not just vintage appeal.
