From my private collection,Victor MC-L1000 Super Direct Couple MC Cartridge.One of the best-sounding cartridges I have kept for years.This cartridge is in very good operational and cosmetic condition, the sound is beautiful, detailed and dynamic, the stylus still sharp, cantilever and suspension is also in excellent condition. Used under 300 hours.The Laboratory series Super Direct Coupled MC cartridge developed with VICTOR/JVC technology.Micro power generation coil applying VLSI manufacturing technology is adopted.The size of this coil is 0.9x1.8 mm square, and the thickness is only 25 μ m. It is even smaller than the conventional Victor Microcoil, and the power generation efficiency is improved by the double-sided structure.In the MC-L1000, we have succeeded in connecting the micro mass coil directly to the top end of the diamond needle. The needle tip and the generator coil are directly connected. The coil moves in exactly the same way as the needle tip and literally converts vibrations into electrical signals directly. It generates high speed wide-band power without being affected by the cantilever or damper.
