Price: €50 VB

Our Thoughts RADAR AI

€50 is a solid buy here: it sits below the €70 median and just above the €40 25th percentile, so it lands in the buyer-friendly part of the used market rather than feeling merely average. It is not a once-in-a-blue-moon steal, but it is clearly better than fair.

That makes sense for a well-regarded model: the AirPods 4 are popular for easy Apple integration, improved sound over older AirPods, strong call quality, and a compact, lightweight everyday fit. At this price, the main thing to check is the exact variant and condition, especially battery health, charging case completeness, and whether you’re getting the standard or ANC version, since feature sets and value differ meaningfully.

Independent perspective — not a price guarantee. Always verify condition, accessories and provenance before purchase.

About Apple

Apple Inc. traces its origins to April 1, 1976, when Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, along with Ronald Wayne, founded the company in the Jobs family garage in Cupertino, California. What began as a modest venture to build personal computers evolved into a tech powerhouse, with early forays into audio via the 2001 launch of iTunes and the iconic iPod portable music player.

In the hi-fi realm, Apple focuses on integrated consumer audio solutions rather than traditional separates like amplifiers, turntables, or DACs. The company is renowned for wireless speakers such as the short-lived iPod Hi-Fi (2006-2007) and the more advanced HomePod series, alongside premium headphones including AirPods and AirPods Max. These products emphasize seamless ecosystem integration, portability, and digital streaming over analog purism.

Apple holds a dominant position in the premium consumer audio market, blending high-end aspirations with mass-market accessibility. While not a staple among traditional hi-fi purists—who often critique its closed ecosystem and past efforts like the iPod Hi-Fi as underwhelming—its products command loyalty for sonic refinement, computational audio processing, and design excellence, positioning it as a mid-to-high-tier contender for savvy buyers prioritizing convenience over boutique esoterica.
