The previous owner had electronic service performed, replacing some aged/degraded components. The units were tested for more than 8 hours and work perfectly. The external metal top covers of both units were repainted, achieving results very close to the original factory finish.During testing of the preamplifier's Phono stage, we noticed that it does produce sound, but there is noticeable background noise, similar to what you might experience with a grounding issue. We do not know what may be causing the problem, so the Phono stage will require inspection and service by a qualified technician if you intend to use it. The other inputs, including AUX, Tape 1, and Tuner, are working perfectly.A test video was recorded to the preamplifier and power amplifier.
