Fehlerbeschreibung: Beim Einschalten geht das Gerät direkt wieder aus und die Power-LED blinkt.
Das Gerät wurde vor etwa drei Jahren von mir überarbeitet:
- Elkos am Netzteilmodul erneuert
- Trafo ausgetauscht
Das damalige Fiepen wurde dadurch beseitigt
Der alte Trafo wird ebenfalls mitgegeben. Der Neuwert eines solchen Trafos liegt bei etwa 100 €.

Der aktuelle Fehler wurde nicht weiter untersucht. Verkauf ausdrücklich als defekt, ohne Garantie, Gewährleistung oder Rücknahme.
Compared with a working AVR at this price, this is really a parts-or-project buy, not a normal value play: at €100 it sits below the €99–€345 used spread only by a hair and well under the €181 median, so it reads as a fair-to-strong ask if you specifically need a donor unit or like repairing AV gear. It is not a bargain for a fully functioning receiver, but for the right buyer it’s sensibly placed.
The X2500H is a well-liked midrange Denon: solid room correction, modern HDMI switching, and enough power/features for a serious living-room setup. The upside here is obvious if the fault is minor or if you need a chassis, boards, remote, or firmware-capable donor for another unit. Just treat it as a repair or spares purchase and verify exactly what “defekt” means before committing.
