Offered is „Orchestra Reference 20th Audioplan Signature Version“ by Jadis as second-hand device from the category „Tube-Fullamp“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 2834623616 ends on 01.11.2026 at 15:00 o'clock.
Strong value: at €3,499, this sits well below the €4,532 median and under the €6,828 75th percentile, so it reads as a genuine buy rather than a stretch. It is not quite a steal on pure percentile math, but it is clearly priced to move for this class of Jadis integrated.
That makes it appealing for someone who wants the Jadis appeal without paying top-of-market money: big, organic midrange, refined treble, and the sort of effortless drive that suits efficient speakers and vocals especially well. If the unit is healthy and complete, the upside is straightforward—rare enough to feel special, and priced low enough that a careful buyer can still leave room for tubes or service if needed.

Jadis Electronics, founded in 1983 near Carcassonne in Villedubert, France, by self-taught valve amplifier designer André Calmettes alongside partner Jean-Paul Caffi, embodies a passion for recapturing the emotion of live music through tube technology. Born from Calmettes' amateur radio tinkering and inability to afford commercial amps, the brand quickly earned acclaim for its handmade craftsmanship, with every component meticulously selected and assembled. The name "Jadis," meaning "in olden days," evokes nostalgia while signaling a commitment to timeless excellence in French hi-fi heritage.
The company specializes in high-end valve amplification, producing pure class-A stereo and power amplifiers, preamplifiers, and RIAA phono stages, all handcrafted with proprietary output transformers. These transformers, wound by hand and encased in special resin for thermal stability and low noise, handle up to 2500 watts before saturation, ensuring absolute stability across any load. Jadis has expanded modestly into turntables, CD players, and DACs, maintaining a focus on analog warmth over digital proliferation, with no foray into speakers, headphones, or cables.
Positioned firmly in the high-end audiophile market, Jadis commands reverence as the "Rolls-Royce" of tube amps, prized by discerning collectors for its dynamic, uncolored sound and indestructible build—transformers even carry lifetime guarantees. Recent ownership changes, including Jérémie Malfroot's acquisition, preserve this boutique ethos amid global expansion, appealing to buyers seeking artisanal French mastery over mass production.
