Offered is „MA-252“ by McIntosh as second-hand device from the category „Fully integrated Amplifier“ on audio-markt.de - the online market place for high-end. The advert with the number 5595518016 ends on 01.11.2026 at 22:41 o'clock.
This one lands right on the money for a current used listing: at €3,400, it sits just above the €3,371 median and well within the normal range between €3,314 and €3,630, so it reads as fair rather than especially cheap or ambitious. For a clean example, that’s a sensible buy-in point, not a bargain-bin score.
The timing matters a bit because this is a newer-generation integrated from a well-known line, so you’re not paying for vintage nostalgia or chasing a discontinued rarity; you’re paying for a proven, easy-to-live-with hybrid amp with strong resale appeal. It’s valued for its smooth, muscular sound, good phono-stage appeal for many buyers, and the usual McIntosh build and finish that keep demand steady. If the unit is complete and genuinely well kept, this is a solid enthusiast purchase.
