This is a VTL (Vacuum Tube Logic) TP 2.5 Phono Preamplifier. It will work for Moving Magnet or Moving Coil cartridges. It's equipped with four (4) 12AX7 tubes. The design is simple aesthetically and electronically: the front has just a recessed power switch, a status LED and a Mute toggle switch, the rear has Moving Magnet and Moving Coil RCA input jacks and output RCA's.These units have an internal jumper that the user can manually switch to make it MM or MC. When it is set for MM the MC input does nothing.
