Unknown condition makes the price harder to justify, and at US$699 this sits well above the typical used market for this deck: that’s above the 75th percentile of US$571 and far over the US$442 median, so it reads as ambitious unless the table is exceptionally clean, serviced, and complete. If it’s just an ordinary survivor, there isn’t much room here.
That said, the CS 621 is a respected fully automatic vintage Dual with the kind of smooth, low-drama operation many buyers want for daily listening. It’s worth paying up only if the listing includes a fresh service, a healthy dust cover, a good cartridge/stylus, and proof the automatics work properly; otherwise, better-value examples tend to land notably lower.
