It’s not outrageous for a Nagra, but it needs to justify itself with unusually strong condition, service history, or extras.
That said, the T Audio is a serious piece of Swiss pro engineering: superb transport stability, excellent build quality, and real collector appeal. If this one is genuinely clean, fully working, and comes with the right accessories or recent servicing, there’s upside in buying a scarce deck that enthusiasts prize. At this price, though, I’d want proof of health before getting excited.
