For sale: The Pioneer CT-F900 is a distinctive late-1970s stereo cassette deck from Pioneer’s highly regarded Blue Line era. With its large brushed-aluminium front panel, illuminated meters, substantial controls and unusual exposed tape transport design, it has a very characteristic look and is increasingly sought after by collectors of classic Pioneer equipment.
This example is in good overall used condition. The front presents nicely, while the side panels show some visible smudging/marks from age and use.

The CT-F900 is respected for being one of Pioneer’s better late-era cassette decks, with solid transport performance and the kind of build that appeals to collectors and tape fans alike. A clean, original, well-serviced unit can be worth paying up for, but at this level I’d want proof of recent servicing, strong playback/record results, and confirmation that belts, idlers, and heads are in good shape before leaning in.
