Should you jump on kr 13,999 for this unit? Yes — that’s a solid-to-strong buy, not an ambitious ask, versus recent used asks around kr 11,000–kr 17,500 and new pricing around kr 19,000–kr 21,000. It’s close enough to the middle of the used band that I’d call it fair, with upside if the condition is genuinely clean and the remote, box, and original accessories are included.
This is one of those “do a lot of things very, very well” pieces: superb DAC performance, excellent headphone amp, and real studio-grade AD/DA flexibility in one chassis. That makes it especially attractive for someone wanting a reference-grade desktop hub rather than just a DAC. At this price, I’d mainly verify physical condition, display/buttons, and that all key accessories are present; if those check out, it’s a very sensible purchase.
