A striking Thorens Phantasie turntable with a fully transparent acrylic plinth, exposing the drive mechanism and electronics beneath a glass-like housing. Technically based on the TD 320 platform, the Phantasie was produced in very limited quantities in the mid-1980s and is rarely found today. Fitted with an Expert/Nagaoka JT322 "Quadra" cartridge (a later replacement, not the original factory fitting) mounted on the Thorens TP 16-type tonearm. Comes complete with its clear acrylic dust cover, headshell, and power adapter.
