For parts only, €100 is a very strong buy versus the typical used market here: it sits well below the €305 25th percentile and far under the €459 median, so the price leaves plenty of room for risk and repair work. Even at the low end of the range, this is bargain territory rather than merely fair.
That said, “for_parts” changes the story: the value depends on whether the cabinets, drivers, and grilles are intact enough to salvage, or whether you only need one specific component. These are well-liked floorstanders for punchy, controlled bass and a lively, room-filling presentation, so a parts donor can be worthwhile if you already have a plan. If you need a ready-to-play pair, the condition note is the main warning sign here.

Teufel is a German audio brand with roots in Berlin, where it was founded in 1979 by Carl Teufel. Emerging during the heyday of home hi-fi enthusiasm, the company built its heritage on engineering-driven innovation, initially focusing on custom speaker designs that prioritized precision and dynamic sound reproduction for discerning listeners.
The brand excels in active speakers and soundbars, alongside wireless multi-room systems, headphones, and portable Bluetooth options. While not delving into amplifiers, turntables, DACs, or cables, Teufel emphasizes integrated solutions with built-in amplification and app-controlled streaming, catering to modern home entertainment setups.
Positioned as a mid-tier contender with premium aspirations, Teufel enjoys a strong reputation in Europe for delivering high-value performance—bold bass, spacious imaging, and robust build quality—that punches above its price point. It appeals to knowledgeable buyers seeking reliable, stylish hi-fi without ultra-high-end excess, holding a solid niche in the competitive consumer audio market.
