Generating expert take…
CH Precision emerged from Switzerland's precision engineering heritage, founded in 2009 by Florian Cossy and Thierry Heeb in the town of Préverenges near Lausanne. The duo, whose surname initials inspired the brand name (with a nod to Switzerland's "CH" abbreviation), honed their expertise in the 1990s at Goldmund before launching OEM Anagram Technologies, renowned for its high-performance DACs. Encouraged by distributors, they established CH Precision to pursue uncompromising audio design.
The brand focuses on modular, upgradable electronics at the pinnacle of hi-fi, including preamplifiers, power amplifiers, DACs, phono stages like the recent P10, and integrated systems. Their products emphasize longevity, with components selected for enduring performance and a flexible architecture that supports ongoing enhancements—rare in an industry prone to obsolescence.
Positioned firmly in the ultra-high-end market, CH Precision commands respect among discerning audiophiles for its Swiss-watch-level craftsmanship and musical transparency. Operating from dedicated facilities for R&D, manufacturing, and listening, it delivers components that prioritize engineering integrity, earning a boutique reputation for systems that evolve with user needs while sustaining a core lineup for over a decade.
