This is a fair ask, sitting a touch below the median used price and comfortably inside the normal market window. At US$240 versus a US$270 median and a US$246 25th percentile, it’s close enough to fair value that the case rests on condition and completeness more than on price alone.
The PHO-8 has a strong reputation as a quiet, well-built MM/MC phono stage with enough gain and loading flexibility to suit a lot of vinyl setups, and it’s still respected for sounding more refined than its used-market price suggests. If the unit is clean, working properly, and includes the power supply and any original accessories, this looks like a sensible buy for someone wanting a serious phono stage without paying premium money.
