Against your own comparable AUD listings, A$13,000 is far above the median of A$1,500 and even well past the 75th percentile of A$1,518, so on the face of it this looks extremely ambitious rather than merely strong.
That said, a Cabasse Pearl is a serious high-end subwoofer, so the upside is in the engineering: deep, controlled bass, compact form, and the kind of finish and brand cachet that can justify a premium if this is a pristine, complete setup. For a listing at this level, I’d want condition, original packaging, remote/app support, and proof it’s fully functional; without that, the price asks for a lot of confidence.
