Here's a chance to own the legendary Riviera AIC-10 BAL amplifier. Excellent overall condition from a smoke and pet free home. Carefully used in a dedicated listening space. The Riviera is two years old, originally purchased 16/92/4. I can provide the original invoice. It comes with the stock JJ Electronics tube and I will also include the well regarded Mullard M8136 tube too. This amp also comes with the newer, upgraded flight case for better shipping protection.
Should you jump on it at £9,995? Yes — that sits below the £9,670–£21,252 comparable range, and just under the median of £11,684, so it reads as a solid buy rather than a stretch.
What makes it appealing is that this is a genuinely high-end, hard-to-find all-in-one amp with serious reputation for drive, tone density, and musical flow, plus it can double as a speaker amp for efficient speakers. At this price and with excellent condition, it looks like a strong opportunity if the remote, packaging, and any original accessories are included.

Riviera Audio Laboratories, often styled as Riviera Labs, is an Italian high‑end audio marque founded in January 2017 by marketing specialist Silvio Delfino and chief developer Luca Chiomenti. Both bring decades of experience in the hi‑fi industry, with Chiomenti active in audio research and design since the early 1990s and Delfino rooted in hi‑fi journalism and global marketing since the 1980s. The brand positions itself as a continuation of the “Italian School of Super High End,” combining traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering and a strong emphasis on analogue sound quality.
Riviera Labs focuses on premium electronic components, particularly amplifiers and headphone‑centric integrated designs. The company is known for its AIC‑10 headphone integrated amplifier and AFM‑50 power amplifier, which showcase its preference for non‑conventional circuit topologies, minimal or zero global feedback, and meticulous mechanical construction using Italian aerospace‑grade parts. While amplification is its core, Riviera’s philosophy extends to complete system synergy, often partnering with high‑resolution digital sources and premium cabling in its demonstrations.
In the market, Riviera Labs occupies a niche, boutique tier within the super‑high‑end segment, targeting discerning listeners who value both sonic refinement and distinctive Italian design. Its products are built in small batches, with an uncompromising approach to materials and assembly, reinforcing its reputation as a maker of exclusive, reference‑grade equipment rather than mass‑market gear.
