What are you paying for here relative to the going used market, and does the E30 still earn its keep in a crowded DAC tier? At US$99, this sits just above the US$88 median and inside the typical US$70 to US$102 used band, so it reads as fair rather than a steal or an ambitious ask.
That’s still a sensible buy if you want a compact, well-liked DAC with clean, neutral sound and useful day-to-day features like USB/coax/optical inputs and remote-controlled volume. The E30 has a solid reputation for punching above its weight, and a clean example at this price is a straightforward enthusiast purchase. I’d mainly want to confirm it powers up cleanly, the remote is included, and the seller can show normal input/output operation.
