De trafomatic elegance evolution is een krachtige buizenversterker die een volle, rijke en grootse klank combineert met controle en verfijning. De push-pull eindtrap met vier 6550/kt88-buizen die 50 w
Condition is unknown, but at €2,500 this is a strong buy versus the recent used EUR market: it sits below the €2,739 median and right at the €2,500 25th percentile, so the price is squarely on the buyer-friendly side. The gap to the €5,043 75th percentile is wide enough that this doesn’t read as ambitious at all.
This is a well-regarded 2x50W KT88/6550 push-pull integrated with the kind of drive and body that makes Trafomatic pieces appealing: refined but still forceful, with enough current to handle a broad range of speakers well. If it’s complete and healthy, the upside is real; at this price, a clean example is very easy to justify.

Trafomatic Audio emerged in 1997 from the Serbian city of Mladenovac, founded by engineer Sasa Cokic. Initially focused on crafting high-quality toroidal transformers—reflected in the brand's name, derived from "trafomatic"—the company swiftly expanded into tube electronics. This evolution accelerated through a key partnership with Austrian loudspeaker maker WLM, where Trafomatic produced bespoke valve amplifiers, honing chassis designs that later defined their own lineup.
The brand specializes in premium tube-based amplification, delivering integrated and power amplifiers renowned for their purity and power. Models like the EOS integrated (€8500 in Europe) and the flagship Elysian, featuring dual GM70 triodes, exemplify their mastery of transformer-coupled triode circuits. Push-pull designs with robust tubes such as KT120 further showcase their emphasis on high-output valve gear, prioritizing musical fidelity over mass production.
Trafomatic occupies a niche boutique position in the high-end hi-fi market, celebrated among audiophiles for bleeding-edge, tailor-made systems that command premium prices. Sasa Cokic earns comparisons to legendary designers like Kondo, underscoring the brand's cult reputation for transformative sound that serves music above all.
